    I also have IBS-D, and Miralax has been a lifesaver for the constipation. I put a scoop in my morning coffee, and everything's usually moving by lunchtime.

    Just a heads up, for me Reta was kinda slow to kick in the sides. I'd suggest starting on a Saturday morning so you have time to gauge how you respond and seek medical attention if necessary.
