That is some serious work paying off. The consistency really shows in your results.

Reta and Heart Rate: What's your experience?

Assume it's because of that ingredient but yesterday was super lightheaded around 11 until at least 3. Faded after. Not thirsty or hungry. Thought maybe migraine creeping back since gastric surgery. Passed so maybe. Heart rate flat on my watch that window.

Could your brain be trying to fill space now that food is not taking up as much of your mind?

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

Renpho Elis 2X works well for tracking weight, body fat, and BMI. Pretty reliable for the price.

    Insulin Cream? No More Injections?

Insulin resistance is huge. A lot of people don't realize how much it shapes the whole response to these meds. The appetite side is just part of the picture.

A year of weight loss shots!

Same here - it's allowed me to drop weight I never imagined possible. No HRT needed either. Wish I'd found this sooner instead of spinning my wheels for years.

    Just started my injections today!

Been on 2mg weekly since late March and notice my heart rate jumps 7-9 beats the first couple days after injection, then settles back down. Just moved to 4mg and we'll see how that affects things.

Real food on 1.7mg - what do YOU eat?

Craving bananas now. Wanting beans and tofu. Actually wanting the good nutritious stuff I used to have to choke down before. It's so wild. This crazy medication makes you actually want healthy food! Nobody mentioned this side of things. Very disorienting. Folks claiming this isn't a game-changer...

    Insurance won't pay anymore :(

My insurance covers a Dexa scan every three years for bone and muscle. Check with your doctor, most plans have it with small or no co-pay.

Filter Loss - Am I Doing This Right?

The unfiltered side bothers me too when you're trying to keep everything sterile. Wonder if pulling air out instead of pushing filter-free air in would get the same result.

Hit 100lbs lost - Now what?

Last fall was rough here. Lost good people in the battles. Legacy stays when nexa gets mentioned.
