RT10 USA warehouse arrivals are worth watching when the batch is fresh - the 30-box lots move quickly and availability windows are short before the next resupply lag.
I'm in my 6th week and haven't dropped much weight yet. I'm also stuck at a specific weight, but I know I need to give it more time. The sulfur burps were awful at first and kept me awake. I started taking probiotic pills daily and added fermented foods to my diet, and that fixed the problem.
I'm four months into taking Mounjaro, almost on my sixth. It's been prescribed for my diabetes, and my blood sugar levels have improved drastically, based on what I'm seeing daily. My next A1C test is later this month. I'm on 5mg right now and have been getting those sulfur burps since week two...
I feel reta pretty much immediately and it works great. I started pretty high at 2mg (on my 2nd week, at 3mg now) because I have taken similar meds before. Sometimes I feel like eating, but it's probably just a habit. It makes me feel weird when I realize I'm not actually hungry.
I've been on it for seven months and only hit the highest dose recently. I've lost around 45 pounds. I actually stopped going to the gym. I tend to lift heavy. That builds muscle, but it also makes me eat more. I've lost some muscle, but I’m more defined now.
I've noticed my pen looks like it has a bit extra at the end too. I've heard people use an insulin syringe to draw it out, but it seems like a hassle. Is it even worth the trouble for those last few clicks?
I've been wondering the same thing!
Love this post.
On the gym topic — I stayed at 1.7 mg for 3 extra months because 2.4 crushed my appetite so hard I couldn't hit protein. Once I backed down, my lifts came back and I kept losing steadily.
So for anyone reading: higher dose isn't automatically better if it wrecks your performance.
