I struggled with ozempic for six months and basically saw nothing on the scale, even at the top dose. I have lipedema, which might be part of it, but I was frustrated enough to switch to mounjaro. Really hoping this one gives me actual results because ozempic just didn't do much for me.

you need to bring your calories down. as you lose weight your body burns less. intake eventually stops working because your expenditure drops to match it. to keep losing you have to lower intake alongside expenditure. what's your TDEE and deficit? that's what you need to figure out.

Dose bumps too fast gave me tingling in arms and weird chest feelings — maybe heartburn. Settled after 3 weeks and felt smooth. Could work out harder, recovered faster. Retained 5 lbs water weight at 1mg but it's dropping off a week in. Pretty happy so far.
