I've tried EVERYTHING! Here's what's finally working: 6 prunes daily. A teaspoon of Metamucil in sugar-free Gatorade daily. A tablespoon of chia seeds in Greek yogurt daily. Fiber gummies daily. A teaspoon of MiraLAX 3 or 4 times a week. And at least 60oz of water. Good luck!

been looking into this too. ordered phosphate buffered saline as backup. vendor said no reconstitution issues so far, might be fine with just hospira. hard to say. haven't done it yet. might grab A.A. too just in case.

started 5mg this week. might be from creatine last week—it makes muscles hold water. forgot about that effect.

Why add bac water each time? Why not just reconstitute with extra volume from the start? I mix a 50mg vial with 4.7ml, pin in my butt with a 31g 8mm — no issues.

I've seen people mention using 0.2mL or 0.3mL of DMSO with 2.3mL or 2.2mL of BAC water and claiming decent results. Maybe diluting the DMSO with more BAC could help?

This makes me so mad. With the injectable, like Ozempic, you're paying $350 a month for 2.5mg. With the highest dose of the new pill, it's like $300 for 25mg daily! The pills are way cheaper per mg. They're just trying to squeeze as much as they can!
