Oh wow, this thread's from January! I haven't been back since February 3rd. Hopefully, your post helps someone else.

They won't give any more advice through the portal. No phone calls either. Only my regular doctor will. I was just there in September and have another appointment in March, but they won't advise me about anything except lowering the Mounjaro dose.
