Tips for upping my sema dose?
12.5mg worked well for me. When on 10mg, scale stuck a month. Added more. Did 11mg two weeks, lost one then gained back. Doc suggested 12.5mg. That dose got things moving. Know results vary but worth a shot for you.- basil_hummer
