Protein water is a reasonable compromise when protein shakes are harder to get down. The thinner consistency is the main advantage. Not a replacement for bac water - different purpose entirely - but worth having in the rotation for hydration and protein goals.
I am getting mine thru a company right now, its the cheapest I have found online (and you can consult with their doctors remotely). I even found a discount code (check online) and got a 3 month supply for cheap. Hopefully it lasts!
By the way, @Super Trips is known for high, experimental doses, the opposite of microdosing.
Now that a short-term version is available, that might help with daily boosts.

There are tons of options if you're doing your own experimenting. Even with tirz, the dosing schedules seem too slow, waiting four weeks before upping the dose. Then you've got the microdosers...
Most folks around here get to 2 mg pretty quickly. But some are hyper-responders and stick with 1 mg longer, and some even start at 2 mg or ramp up super fast.
Don't forget to switch up your injection spots.
I'm worried about what it's doing to my stomach. I'm giving it a shot, but not sure it's exactly "healthy." I felt better when I was just exercising and eating right, but the cravings were intense.
