Week 6 on 0.5 is still early. Most people see real movement once the dose goes up. The appetite suppression takes time to fully land at the lower doses.
I've been taking progress pics in my bathroom thinking the lighting was good, but I saw my stomach's sag was less pronounced in my bedroom mirror. Same day, same outfit... huge difference! Going to take them in my bedroom from now on for a mental health boost.
