    6 Months On Tirzepatide!

Six months in is where the BP and energy picture usually starts to clarify.

    Scale's not budging! Help!

0.2mg is one of the quieter starting doses - most people don't feel real suppression until closer to 1mg. The first titration up is usually when things shift.

    Mounjaro stalled. Now what?

Cirrhosis restricts some access pathways but not all - a direct hepatologist conversation about GLP-1 options is worth having.

    Finally under 200lbs!

Had surgery, stopped for 8 weeks at 1mg maintenance, restarted at 0.25 like you. Slight nausea. Back up to 0.75 now, slow and my pace, not the maker's directions. Zofran is the best nausea med to keep around. Stop before you feel full — those last bites get you. Hydrate, probiotics, stool...

    Ozempic: My plumbing is suffering!

Type 2 here, so different boat if you're type 1. Glucose bounces no matter what; it's what it does. Biggest thing is the swings get narrower. My A1C was 6.8 before, now 5.2 last October. Weight dropped too, which was the main reason I started.

Ozempic's workin', but what to eat?

Solid protein through food, rainbow of veggies, plus creatine, B12, iron (was low before starting). Also exercise — muscle work plus cardio — sounds weird but it matters. Good sleep and stress control too. Food alone doesn't make you healthy. Bodies need to move, rest, build strength.

Can't seem to, ya know, GO! 😩

Sorry they screwed you. Back in the day Brello would just believe whatever dose you said you were on. I told them 15mg of Tirz and used their Rx with another provider that needed one.

Pills vs. Shots: My Semaglutide Switch

Pro tip: that 30-minute wait is awesome for your body clock. Go outside and soak up some sun (if you can)! Or, you know, just chill in bed and scroll through your phone for half an hour. Anyway, great to hear the pill is working out!

Is my weight loss too slow?

Time will pass no matter what. You might as well take the path that leads where you want to go.

Is my weight loss too slow?

It's also better for your skin and your muscles to lose weight at a moderate pace, so you're doing great!

GLP-1 Slow Start - Anyone Else?

I didn't really start losing until I reached 1mg, after about 4 months. I lost around 8 pounds in 6 months. Then I switched to a similar medication 3 months ago and lost another 15!

GLP-1 Slow Start - Anyone Else?

Hey everyone! 🤍 I'm about a month and a half into using .25mg. At first, I saw a little movement on the scale, which was exciting. But since then, it's mostly stayed the same, maybe fluctuating up a pound or two. I know it's a low starter dose and some variation is expected, but it's still...
