I've been on sema for a while and thinking about switching to tirzepatide. I initially dropped about 55 pounds, but I've put back on around 8 while still using it. I think I've hit a plateau. Has anyone else experienced a stall on sema, and made the jump to tirz? What dosage did you switch to?
