Tadalafil in a compound prescription for BPH is a legitimate use. The sourcing question for a compounding pharmacy is COA availability and batch consistency - the prescription itself does not tell you that.

It's been almost 3 months since I started the injections, and while the scale hasn't moved a ton, my clothes fit SO much better. Check out these before/after pics! The first one was from late Sept, right before I started, and the second is from today. I'm 30, have type 2, and am only on 0.5 mg.

Put a teaspoon of inulin powder in your morning coffee or tea. Works wonders.

Have like, 4-5 dried plums daily and you'll be good to go. It's wild how many times I've suggested this lately on this forum, lol.

I've really come to believe that for some people, these meds just... fix things. I've dropped almost 100 pounds and honestly haven't changed anything else. It's kinda wild.

How'd you figure out that splitting the dose helped with the diarrhea? I'm on 7.5 mg and it's a real problem. Did your doctor suggest that?
