I track protein and calories. Usually, I target 2000 calories and 150g protein, but I end up around 2200. Maintaining for me is a bit over 3000. Before GLP-1s, I was probably eating 3500-4500 calories daily.

I agree with Riley03. I have a family history of diabetes, and I used to think you had to have diabetes to use this. But if taking a med like this helps prevent someone from developing type 2 diabetes, then it's a great option. Prevention is key!
