The Amazon Pharmacy route with a Wegovy script is the least-known access path - the $199 floor versus $348 at higher doses is significant, and most people don't find the fine print until someone points it out.
The skin sensitivity at higher Reta doses is a known threshold - most people report it around 8-10mg. Adding low-dose sema for appetite ceiling extension makes more sense than pushing past that response.
Prior GLP-1 exposure changes how the body responds on restart - tolerance builds and the starting dose rarely matches the original effect. Most people in that situation need to get to a higher dose or try a different compound.
Ask your doctor to drop the dose to something you can actually tolerate. Maybe use other diabetes meds if needed. GI side effects were ongoing for me the first 2 years - psyllium helped slowly for loose stools but add it gradually. Pepto or Immodium when it's bad. Try to find a dietitian who...
People blame this med for hair loss, but every bariatric forum has the same complaint. It's weight loss itself, especially rapid loss, that does it. There's decent rosemary oil on Amazon that helps.
Peptides are pretty hardy, especially before reconstitution. You can shake bac straight in. They're delicate about other stuff though—uv, huge temp swings, freezing after. Couple % degradation worst case if you're rough with it.
eating lots of protein and lifting so i don't think i'll lose much muscle. can't work out more than once a week right now though because of a health thing, so taking it slow. hate pinning CU daily even though it doesn't sting much—afraid to stop and deal with loose skin later.
Echoing what everyone else is saying - it really might be your calorie count.
... but "feeling" like you aren't eating a lot and actually tracking carefully are two different things. I'd suggest tracking absolutely *everything* that you put into your mouth for a week. Weigh it all, measure it...
Ugh, I hate Mochi. But, if you've already been on a GLP-1 before, you'll often need a stronger dose before you feel anything the next time you take it.
What was the highest dose you got to before? Most people need to get back to or higher than that to feel the effects again.
I'm just about to start my journey. I'm 5'3" and 270 pounds. I really want to be able to move without joint pain. I would love to have more confidence! What was the hardest thing for you to change?
