    Things I can't do anymore...

Nicotine patches remove the hand habit while keeping the nicotine. The weaning from both can happen more separately that way.

    Tirz powder storage Q's

Freeze-dried tirz powder stores at room temp until reconstituted - fridge once mixed. Standard guidance is 3-6 months in powder form if sealed and away from light.

When did you REALLY feel the effects?

The two-day fatigue window after injection is very common, especially early on. It usually shortens as the body adjusts to the cycle.

    Reta not working?! Help!

I saw someone else say consistency is key, even if you're not seeing the results right away. They saw plenty of people who were slow at first but then had steady progress later on. Don't give up!

What do you eat on the tough days?

That sounds good! I think I will try that. I've only been having a shake, but I'm getting bored of it.

When did food noise quiet down for you?

OMG, I love that! Good tip for me to just stop when I'm full and not worry about that last bite.

    Reta not working?! Help!

So, you went from a high dose straight down to a super-low dose and are wondering why you aren't feeling anything? Honestly, all the products might be fake, its a possibility. Testing is the only way. It would also help to know how you calculated the reconstitution, as I see people messing up...

What do you eat on the tough days?

I just started around 2 weeks ago, and I feel okay. Should I expect to feel sick as the dosage increases?

Oops, made a GLP-1 food mistake!

If you aren't already checking nutrition labels, I suggest you start! Anything with a lot of fat slows digestion, and that's even worse with this med. Sounds like you just kept eating high-fat foods, causing the problems. Gastric emptying means things are just sitting and fermenting in your...

What do you eat on the tough days?

Broth, rice, and protein shakes are what I eat. Oddly, if I feel nauseous, something sweet like a single piece of chocolate or a small cookie usually makes it disappear. I wonder if it has to do with blood sugar?

When did food noise quiet down for you?

The first day, actually! But later, toward the end of my first month, the food thoughts came back a little bit as I got used to the dose. I bumped it up, and now it's gone again.

When did food noise quiet down for you?

Hey everyone! I had my first injection yesterday. I'm super curious when you all noticed a change in that food chatter. I know it's different for everyone. I feel like it's *slightly* better today, but could be wishful thinking!
