    Wouldn't even think about it. Addressing a problem by dropping dose while keeping effects is the smart path. Minimum effective dose for your goals, always.

    Start at 30g as precaution. Wait a week or two then adjust based on feel. Never thought about probiotics before but digestive enzymes might solve things. Thanks for those suggestions.

    My clothes are too big!

    Just started HGH at two IU, sleep quality jumped immediately, dosing at five-thirty am. Fifteen pounds from goal, scale moving slow but clothes are looser which is encouraging. Like how things are going so far.

    my weight moved slowly, only 15 kg dropped in the year, food stuff still happens, we're just not responding as hard but it beats nothing at all. started lifting and eating way cleaner so the overall health side is real, lipid counts way better now, so it's not totally a loss

    Just started Oz... is this normal?

    Found the answer in another forum thread. She wanted to know about spacing between different retas from different sources. No break needed. Just the normal weekly shot if you go that route.
