I'm out west too, but you shouldn't have been paying that much before the cheaper option came out either. My own cost for a 1mg pen (4 doses) dropped substantially once the more affordable version became available. Worth calling around to other pharmacies if that's possible for you.
Plenty of chatter out there about this medication chipping away at muscle, and yeah, that risk is legitimate, but my own scans point to something different, dropping fat while gaining lean tissue simultaneously seems entirely achievable on it. Figured this crowd would appreciate hearing that.

If it's a multi-dose pen, yeah, clicking works. Worth double checking though, figure out the total clicks needed for a full 1.0 dose, then divide that number by four to land on how many clicks equal 0.25.
