    Ozempic progress: it's shifting!

    Down from 25 stone to 21 stone - about 56 inches. At 5'6, this is my 10-month progress on Ozempic. Type 2 diabetic with slipped discs so I want to lose more for my health. Hope to share progress pics again soon.

    The camera catches what you miss in the mirror since you see yourself constantly. You're clearly making solid progress - it shows!
