Iron and protein are separate things - most whey powders have no iron unless added. Some plant-based ones like pea protein contain iron naturally since it comes from the plant. You need both, so either find foods with iron or take a supplement. Pea protein might give you both in one, but...
training on this med feels different. not eating enough to push hard like before - and that's fine. keep lifting light, get protein in, stay consistent. that's really it.
started at 188 and trying to get down to 125 or 130 since that's a healthy spot for me. i'm 47, 5'2, and the dose bump is helping with hunger again finally. been upping my workouts too and hoping this breaks through this plateau i've been stuck on.
Right, appreciate that. Definitely not going down the mail fraud path lol. Also skipping the China route because airline miles are way too valuable to mess with.
Obviously my partner thinks I'm hoarding. After my insurance dropped me from my GLP suddenly, I vowed that wouldn't occur again. Our healthcare system is a complete travesty.
When food is too big it might clear faster than expected, but the intensity of the pressure on your esophagus makes it feel stuck till the swelling lessens. Happened to me a few times. A GI doctor can tackle a ton of things at once.
At that high a dose on just one or two shots, effects still need time to fully show. Effects are all over the place for people. Appetite suppression usually arrives before you expect it though.
30 in three months, that's solid! Great adjusting to your new situation. Stayed at 0.25 for five weeks with zero loss. Jumped to 0.5 and dropped five in one week. Hoping to stay at this lower dose like you. Think it's wiser to plateau then bump. Excellent.
Had fatigue the day I bumped up the cagri. Started taking LipoC same day and that helped. Stayed at lower cagri dose and suppression is solid with minimal side effects.
