Calories on GLP-1s - what's your daily intake?

Most people land at 1200-1500 without trying once at therapeutic dose - the number becomes a result, not a target.

GG Peps - Anyone Heard Of Them?

GG Peps hasn't built the track record the established names here have - product list is relatively new and testing coverage thin. Worth watching but not first-choice.

Reta vial size? What works best?

50x30mm is oversized for a standard peptide vial - those won't wrap cleanly on 2ml or 5ml. 30x20mm is the standard fit for most research chem vials.

    Mounjaro Noob: A Cautionary Tale

That's encouraging to hear! I'm hoping for both weight loss *and* better blood sugar, so fingers crossed! Maybe I'll post some progress pics in a while!

    Mounjaro Noob: A Cautionary Tale

Thanks for the advice, SnackRN! I'll definitely chat with my doctor about the CGM. I was pretty out of it, but maybe it wasn't as bad as I thought. Still, better safe than sorry, right?

    Mounjaro Noob: A Cautionary Tale

Late bloomer when it comes to Type 2. Tried Metformin for about a quarter of a year before switching gears to Mounjaro. My doc did warn me that Mounjaro's side effects can be a bit more intense, and that I really needed to be on top of my blood sugar checks. I gave a confident nod, but then...

    Ozempic: Dutch relationship changes?

Good point. If someone suddenly feels a lot more attractive or confident, it could rock the boat a bit, I guess.

Is obesity a societal problem, or what?

Yeah, I agree with Quinn. It sux that healthcare and good food is so damn expensive. Makes it harder for people to get healthy. It's like they WANT us to be sick.

    Ozempic: Dutch relationship changes?

I don't get the negativity. If one or both partners are healthier because of Ozempic, shouldn't that be a good thing? More life, maybe more sex? Being seriously overweight, having diabetes, or clogged arteries messes with sex for both men and women. Not always, but often enough. And...dying...

Is obesity a societal problem, or what?

Look up ‘obesogenic environment’—you're right. Food companies have been sneaking extra sugar into everything for years, even stuff that should be good for you, like cereal and yogurt. Portion sizes have gotten huge. Just compare plate sizes from after WW2 to now. And junk food bags are like...

Stomach skin woes after Ozempic :(

I'm trying to embrace my body changes too. All my saggy bits are getting me down but my husband is supportive so i'm learning to love myself. Good luck to you too!

Is obesity a societal problem, or what?

Yeah, mostly. Here's why I think that. Society and people in it, they impact each other. Folks are part of society, sure, but society also shapes who we are as people. More high-sugar, high-calorie junk food in stores means it'll be EVERYWHERE. Constant political stuff online and on TV, it...

Is my weight loss too slow?

Nope, it's a healthy rate of loss.

Stomach skin woes after Ozempic :(

Mine's the same. Just the upper part is wrinkled and saggy. Doing ab exercises like crazy didn't help me at all.

    Tirz powder + BAC volume?

Thanks for the tip. Makes it easier to do the math!
