This week, I plan on waiting 9 days between shots instead of 7. My doctor actually suggested that I wait longer. I had a complete blood panel done a couple of weeks ago. I never thought I'd be losing weight too quickly!

I'm about 2 weeks and change into my injectable journey...down like one or two pounds. A reasonable rate, I think. My first couple of doses in my tummy made me super queasy...like for days. I put the last dose in my thigh, and not as sick, but the cravings are there. I am increasing the dose...

Update: I got the insulin kit with ice packs, added my loaded syringe, alcohol wipes and band aids. No problems at security. I also brought the paperwork from my first Reta purchase from some clinic in AZ, just in case.

Domestic USA? Carry-on. Cold pack. TSA doesn't care. They know people take meds and have syringes. They're looking for the unexpected. I had no problems in December/January flying with mine. Got stopped for hand warmers! And coffee!
