Lump after the shot, is it normal?

First shot anticipation is almost always worse than the experience. The protocol settles fast.

    My body is changing!

Going under 200 post-sleeve is its own milestone - the response after that surgery is hard to predict.

    Food noise creepin' back!

The late-week hunger return is a clear signal your trough arrives before the next dose. Shifting the frequency to every 6 days closes that gap before appetite has time to rebuild - the cleanest response to that pattern.

    Off the meds! Now what?

18 shots in. was at 2.5 for a month then 5 for three months, switched to 7.5 yesterday. barely any side effects—little tired, little nausea but nothing crazy. eating 100g+ protein, electrolytes, fiber, tracking with a scale. losing about 2lbs a week. spicy food and red sauce don't appeal anymore.

    GLP-1 Meds & Our TRT?

cap colours mean absolutely nothing — i've got orange caps but no one tests them. testing costs double the vial so going solo doesn't work. guessing it's like a bazaar where vendors pick from different wholesalers depending on what's in stock.

    Hit my goal weight!

usps declared it lost—vendor needs to file a claim. after 7–10 business days domestic is gone, really gone. worked in transport 20 years. if it's coming from cn different story but vendor needs to make it right here.

Sterile water packs - yay or nay?

'registered' just means they didn't steal your money — doesn't guarantee purity, right dose, nothing else. test every batch you get. part of the cost.

    Splitting my dose?

wanted to hit 6–8mg steady state without flooring myself with side effects. smaller doses could accumulate with a small peak, then clear quick. started low, evaluated sides, kept going till I hit my target, then switched to 2x weekly.

    GLP-1 injection site woes?

You can use lyophilized but it's pricey versus topical. Grabbed injectable GHK-cu early on and it raises painful welts every time, so I dumped it in face cream instead and it worked fine. Use half a mil to reconstitute if you're adding it to lotion.

    Taking the plunge today!

Update: I did it! The injection itself was surprisingly easy. Now just waiting to see how I feel. Thanks again for all the support!

    Taking the plunge today!

Thanks everyone for the advice! I'm trying to stay positive and stick to the plan. I'll definitely focus on hydration and fiber. Snack-Dude, that's a great point about calorie intake. I'll keep a close eye on that.

    Scary rebound after titrating down?

It's important to have a strong support system during this. Make sure you have people helping you besides just your prescriber.

    Taking the plunge today!

Hey everyone, today's the day I start Semaglutide. I'm a little anxious, but I'm hoping it'll help me on my fitness journey. I started at 188, got down to 160. But I've been stuck there for a while now. Any advice would be fantastic!

    Ozempic & Neck Wrinkles?!

I did get some, but I read that prescription retinoid cream can help make them fade. I'm hoping the same stuff I'm using on my neck will help with that too.

    Ozempic & Neck Wrinkles?!

Yep, dealing with the same neck situation. My doc prescribed a strong retinoid cream last month, hoping it helps. Supposedly takes a while to see results.
