    Almost to my goal weight!

Making it to goal and maintaining is the real milestone. Living a little when the daily targets aren't perfectly hit is good advice for long-term sustainability. How close are you to your own goal right now?

Anyone else feel alone on their weight loss journey?

24 kilos in 6 months and calling it the best medicine ever is the kind of post that helps someone who feels alone in this understand there are a lot of people on the same path. Ashley's one year is a huge milestone. Keep going.

    My injection looks...off?

The vacuum seal integrity check is the primary indicator for untampered product - a properly sealed vial will have visible resistance when the cap is first broken. Powder appearance with no discoloration, clumping, or unusual particulates is the secondary check before reconstituting.

Down 60+ lbs - slow and steady wins!

Gaining 20 back on restart and spending over a year grinding back to a new lowest is exactly the kind of long-term story the community needs more of - not because it's pretty but because it's real. Coming to terms with the timeline is actually the breakthrough, not just the number on the scale.

    Reta strength fading already?

DocInTheBox that combination you described is what a lot of people have been asking about. The muscle preservation piece is what separates this from older options where the weight came off but so did a lot of strength. Good to see someone putting that into plain terms.

They just don't get it, do they?

PSA and T monitoring together is the standard - growth concerns are real but manageable with baselines.

How long is YOUR bac water good for?

The BAC dilution and injection volume tradeoff is real - more BAC reduces the burn but increases the volume you have to push, which has its own limits based on site tolerance.

Mounjaro - actually working for me!

Agree with Inject_Gal. Also, be aware that these medications can affect how your body processes other medications, so make sure your doctor is aware of everything you're taking.

    Red Light Therapy: Worth it?

It's important to note that while red light therapy is generally considered safe, there isn't a lot of robust, peer-reviewed, long-term data on its efficacy for wrinkle reduction specifically. Some studies show promise, but more research is always needed. And remember that rapid weight loss...

Crushed my goal! Alaska trip success!

Had one last week. My doctor said I could stay on my shot. I'd prepped bad before so she had me do the extended routine — 7 days of MiraLAX, nothing solid for 2 days, then mag citrate about 36 hours out. Day before: laxative pills at noon and 2pm, trilyte at 5. Came out clean and doc was happy...

    Down sizes! 6 months progress.

I agree with WichitaWanderer, water aerobics is great. Also, even just walking can be beneficial. Listen to your body and don't overdo it!

    Life changing! Down 6 stone!

Six days on mt2 at low doses. A week later, moles on my face got way darker and really visible (nose especially). Healing acne scars darkened too. Didn't expect that. Stopped immediately. Anyone know if this fades or if it's permanent?
