OMG I feel so much better!

Managing celiac, PCOS, and post-surgical hormones at once is the hardest version of this. The improvements tend to layer in over months.

One year on and 200+ lbs gone!

460 to 247 in one year puts you in the strong responder range for GLP-1s at high starting weights.

Down a pant size... or two!

Electrolytes daily plus keeping intake above 1000 is a useful pair - the electrolyte gap tends to show up as fatigue and headaches, which can look like the medication's effect but is usually correctable.

    New clothes time?

I agree with HealthCoffee slow and steady is the best way. If you drop weight too quickly, you’re more likely to gain it back. Plus it's better for your skin elasticity!

    New clothes time?

I need clothes that fit well enough to do my job, so I made sure to get something new the minute my old clothes were unsafe/in the way. After buying something that fits well enough, I started slowly replacing my non-work clothes too. I’ve went from XXXL to L (US), with each drop taking about six...

    New clothes time?

Having lost 100lbs, I swapped my 3XL tops for Larges. My size 44 pants are slowly being replaced by 36s... Still feels unreal. It started around 6 months in and I'm approaching 2 years now.

I lost 13 pounds in a year without adding exercise. I only started losing weight when my dose was over 1 mg.

    Soooo tired on this med?

Weight loss without exercise on GLP-1's?

I've lost 36 pounds with no extra movement. I live up north where it snows a ton. When the weather is good, I'll walk my dogs more.

    Soooo tired on this med?

Anyone else feeling super sluggish since starting this med? I'm wondering if it's because I'm just not eating as much as I used to.

    Ozempic making people blind?!

I've noticed cannabis hits differently since starting tirz. I've seen other people mention this too. Does anyone else find that the munchies are weaker or stronger? I'm curious about the interactions since both affect digestion.
