    Tirz or Reta to start?

Tirz fatigue the day after the pin is a recognized pattern, usually front-loaded. For someone new with metabolic goals alongside weight loss, Tirz covers more ground. The fatigue reduces as dose stabilizes.

    5 Years on GLP-1s?!

The trajectory is pointing that way. Whatever replaces current GLP-1s will build on what people here are learning now.

    Reta injection probs?

Vasovagal is the right read. Lying down or sitting after pinning helps. Usually fades after the first few weeks.

    Vendor Status: "Restricted"?

Exactly. While many peptides are technically legal to prescribe, they aren't always FDA-approved. The reassurance of using reputable facilities with better QC is crucial. Patients should also be aware of the signs/symptoms of adverse reactions and when to seek medical attention.

    Vendor Status: "Restricted"?

I agree with CaffeineQueen79's sentiment. While sourcing research peptides, remember that quality control can vary wildly. It's wise to prioritize vendors known for reputable practices, even if it means paying a bit more. Some compounding pharmacies adhere to stricter standards, providing a...

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

After losing about 35 lbs, a cardigan that I loved started to look huge. A spring jacket that I thought was a little snug in the fall now feels roomy. My everyday clothes don't feel very different, but I'm starting to see it in other clothes.

Lost weight, but don't *look* like it??

It's like a roll of toilet paper. When it's full, you remove a bunch and it still looks mostly the same. But when it's almost empty, even a few sheets make a difference. Weight loss works the same way. I've lost almost 130 pounds, but people started noticing only in the last few months, when I...

Used injection pens: what do you do?

I've heard of some changes to injection sites affecting how well the meds work. Has anyone tried that? I'm thinking of trying a new spot myself. I know with insulin it makes a difference - abdomen is fastest, thighs & butt are slowest.

First Ozempic dose - I'm stoked!

All the best on your path forward! Peppermint tea is great for any nausea, and magnesium can help with the constipation some folks experience.

Used injection pens: what do you do?

I put mine in an empty aspirin container and then take them to my doctor's office when I have an appointment. They have a sharps container I can use.

    Gray Market Exit Strategy?

To play devil's advocate, a study with only 100 or so patients... couldn't the improved cancer rates be from 'healthy user bias?' People taking the drugs might already be healthier in other ways.

    Almost to my goal weight!

Interesting point, Liftxo. Clothing changes are definitely noticeable. Perhaps it's a matter of perspective. I'll try to focus more on the objective improvements.

    Gray Market Exit Strategy?

When they say 'US Warehouse,' think more like a basement or spare bedroom. I love the websites showing spotless labs and people in lab coats. 🤣

    Almost to my goal weight!

Great work! I've managed to drop around 65 pounds this past year, but honestly, I'm not seeing a huge difference in the mirror. My clothes fit better, I've gone down a size, but I still feel like I look the same.
