    Keto/Low carb or GLP-1?

Of all diets, keto is likely the poorest choice on a GLP-1, given what you described. A balanced diet with lots of fiber and protein is enough. I have many food sensitivities so I stick to the Autoimmune Paleo diet, cutting most grains and dairy, which means lots of vegetables plus lean meat and...

    Reached my goal! Woot!

WEEK 7 CHECK-IN WEIGHT Previous week: right around 201.5 lbs Current: about 200.6 lbs Change: essentially flat, maybe a touch under a pound down Still puzzled why progress isn't faster given I'm running a genuinely steep deficit. Sticking to roughly 1500 calories most days against an estimated...

Sema success! Down 40, feeling great!

Super responder since October 2023 with the alcohol and mood shift - that part of the sema experience is one of the ones that changes how people think about what the medication is actually doing. The reward pathway effect is real and under-discussed. 40 down and still going is the right trajectory.

Food noise is back - help!

A year before trying GasX is such a relatable timeline for figuring out the simple fixes. Gas and bloating clearing up while nausea stays is exactly how people describe the pattern. Most common toolkit addition by the time they figure it out.

    My health turnaround

That comeback is perfect. Most people asking intrusive questions about your weight loss are not curious - they are uncomfortable. A line that turns the question back usually ends that dynamic faster than explaining yourself ever would.

Reta REALLY speeding up weight loss?

The 250mcg output is right for a 12mg/2mL vial - that is the standard math on that concentration. For weight loss projections with Reta, individual responses vary too much for a calculator to be useful. Tracking your own trend over 4-6 weeks gives more reliable data than any formula.

    Dose escalation: be bold?

Bold can backfire if your body hasn't held a baseline yet. I crept up 1.25 -> 2.5 -> 4 over 10 weeks instead of jumping monthly. Side effects stayed mild and I kept the appetite suppression curve intact. The folks I see rebound hardest are the ones who escalated fast then crashed back trying to...

Tirz mixing - help a girl out?

switched from 2.5 to 5 with zero issues and stayed there 20 weeks. moving from 5 to 7.5 was rough though, so i dialed back and then alternated doses before gradually going full-time at the higher level.

weight loss comes in spurts and then i hold water during my cycle so it's hard to tell. first noticed my bracelet loose, then my rings fit, then saw my old face in the mirror. down 15 lbs in 7 weeks and 2 lbs a week is my personal limit

    Best way to track dosages?

shot wednesday night. thursday: hunger dropped, stomach felt off, super tired. by end of day food just sitting there, muscles aching. overnight was rough, stomach didn't settle. friday morning, barely ate anything, just coffee. still a bit scared.

    Anyone else always freezing now?

progesterone drops first before estrogen usually, and a lot of women sleep way better on the oral micronized stuff alone. weight loss tanks your whole balance and it's known even young female lifters go on hrt when cutting hard. hope you find something that works.
