    I’m down about a dozen pounds in just over a week. My starting weight was 274. The food noise is mostly gone. I still get hungry, but I’m able to eat until I’m satisfied and then stop. I’m also eating mostly unprocessed foods. I’ve only had some constipation as a side effect.

    It's different for everyone. Some people have zero issues. Others have nausea or constipation. Stay hydrated and talk to your doctor about concerns. If you had a good diet before I wouldn't expect crazy results, as your diet is already good. But sema can help! Good luck!

    It's freeing to not have to constantly think about food all day! I also find high-protein meals are super helpful for satiety.

    Yes, Reta_King363, you can! It's not officially supported, but you can count the clicks. For a 1mg pen, about 37 clicks is 0.5mg and like 18 clicks is 0.25mg. You might need to source extra needles eventually, though.

    6 pounds a month is good! Try staying on 2.5mg. Only increase by a small amount when you need to or if you plateau for a month.

    I agree with Minnie-the-Moocher - I've been on 2.5mg for half a year now. While my weight loss is slower than some, I've still lost about 15lbs. Going up to 5mg next week.
