Been running a glp1 for three years now. Progress stopped around the six month point. Only recently saw more movement after adding strength training and occasionally skipping doses, that way food and fluids go down easier during recovery weeks.
No, Reta isn't my first - went through sema and then tirz before landing here. The hunger on Reta at 8mg is real compared to what I had on the others. Considering adding a small tirz dose for the hunger piece since the glucagon side alone doesn't seem to be enough at this level.
The Reta/Cagri combination working well is a solid foundation without needing to layer in more compounds. The Tirz consideration on top of that is the 'is the combination better than what I have?' question that only makes sense to test if the current stack has a specific gap. What's the lipo...
30 at 5'10 with PCOS and insulin resistance, 250 to 145 in about 1.5 years, and held there without ever hitting the highest dose is the PCOS success story the OP needs to read before giving up on the plateau. Never making it to the ceiling and still getting to goal means you had headroom you...

My ID didn't match me anymore after losing 135 pounds. Got a new driver's license and passport. At the Global Entry interview, the agent actually said it was smart because you never know what'll come up. Good move in hindsight.
13 months in, feel amazing. Never sick, never nauseous, zero side effects. Just health and weight loss. Honestly one of the best things I've done. Came off other meds because of it. 10/10.
same here — still love food, just way easier to stop eating it. early on, alcohol was way less appealing but I got over that. some foods are killers at any portion size but occasional slip-ups are just occasional.
turned out i had food poisoning that hit the same day as my shot, so i got confused thinking it was all sides. second day i'm way better. thought it was just the injection messing with me.
anyone else find it way less effective the week before and during? still can't eat much, but cravings come back a bit. keep wanting toasted sandwiches and chocolate when i'd normally want healthier stuff.
