    Probably end up wasting a ton of food at my current appetite level. Protein shakes help get more nutrients in fast. Canned beans work too when I need something quick. Got an air fryer recently - throw chicken in and it's ready quick without much fuss.

    The following 30lbs will show more noticeably. Like tissue roll unwrapping - inner layers hit harder than outer ones. At goal, I can spot 2lb shifts in the mirror.

    One thing I learned the hard way is that when you space out your doses longer than the half-life, your body needs time to get back to steady state where the peptide works best. Takes about 4 weeks to get there. I kept wondering why my appetite suppression wasn't as strong, and that was basically it.
