    Five years on it now, first ozempic then wegovy. Zero side effects still works at low dose. Notice huge difference when surgery forces me off for a bit.

    Adding a milligram here and there is probably more mental than anything at 15mg already. The stacking angle makes sense though.

    Two sixty starting, one ninety nine now at five mils. I had to weigh three times to believe the number. Haven't seen this weight since two thousand one. Had to share.

    Hell. Got unopened 10ml vials for KLOW mixing next time, didn't think taller than 1.5ml or thick stopper. Glass beads storage probably.

    That's such a wild moment right? I had the same thing happen where clothes I thought didn't fit anymore suddenly just fell off me. Honestly pretty cool to see the difference even if you don't always feel it in the mirror.

    Started in April with Semaglutide. Not technically overweight but had a high setpoint I fought for 25 years with nothing working. Lost 30 in five months. Tracked food, did 30 min daily exercise, weekly injection. Feeling incredible and alive. Started 175, now 145. Goal hit.
