Definitely do the first injection during the day. After that, I prefer right before going to bed. I like to inject my GLP on Sunday so any icky feelings wear off before the weekend rolls around lol
I'm finding that I don't feel hungry anymore, and it's hard to motivate myself to cook. I end up skipping meals or eating junk. Any ideas for really easy dinners?
