I've dropped over 50 lbs on tirz and the fitness gains are wild. My Peloton numbers on repeated rides are way higher. I can actually do those hour-long rides now without totally wiping out. The weight loss just makes the whole cycling thing feel so much easier.
For people who inject once weekly the waste savings isn't huge, but for those doing it frequently it really builds up. I was pinning two substances five times per week plus four more doses, so that's 14 total injects versus 14 little caps - massive reduction in what I toss for me.
