I went with chia seeds and milled flaxseeds - about 1.5 tablespoons of each. Going once daily, no straining, and honestly impressed with how it works. Early on with tirz was rough, but this combo changed things.
Start measuring and writing it down. Wish I'd done that when I started O for type 2 back in 2022. Lost 90 pounds but still not sure about actual sizing.
I'm at twelve for about two months and dealing with some nausea, so I haven't bumped yet. Taking it for diabetes too. Lost nearly thirty in the first four months but I'm stuck now and ramping up the gym. Not trying to deal with excess skin later though. Was 230 in September, 204 this morning.
From 270 down to 175 now. Month on Wegovy pills first, then switched to tirzepatide a few weeks back. Dropped 10 already and the non-scale stuff feels amazing.
