I get flavor fatigue now sooo bad, and protein shakes are the worst! I can't drink the same flavor for very long without getting totally sick of it. Anyone else have this problem? Any advice? Right now I'm trying protein water to see if that helps.
Totally agree! It's not just about the number on the scale, it's about how much better you feel overall. I've got about 90 pounds until my goal and I'm already feeling so much more energetic!
I was just reading about how much bacteriostatic water to add to a vial. Is there a general rule? Like, if I have a 5mg vial, how much water do I add if I want to take, say, 1mg a day? It sounds like you want to take about 5 shots, so how precise do you need to be?
Haha, I jumped the gun! I was certain my big order would take ages, so I splurged on a single vial to get me by. Just got the tracking info, and it's coming from BC. Arriving sooner than my 'emergency' vial. 🤦🏻♀️
