What do you eat on the tough days?

A1C-Slayer the sugar-free pudding mix in yogurt is a solid hack. I do the same when I need something that feels more like a treat. Keeps things from feeling too clinical.

    CJC/IPA and Tesa/IPA - Anyone else?

The 6-8 week IGF retest cadence is the right approach for dialing in GH peptide stacks - it accounts for the lag between dose adjustment and systemic response. Tesa tends to push IGF harder than CJC at equivalent doses, so the step-up from CJC to Tesa often shows up clearly in the numbers.

    Weight training for complete noobs?

PT for disc disease is a good entry point for the gym - your physio has likely mapped the movements that are safe and the ones to avoid. Most people coming from PT are surprised how quickly they progress once loaded properly. The starting-from-weakness phase lasts a few months and then things...

    Same fit, smaller me! 🥳

asked people who'd had bariatric surgery. now they're all on the shots instead and say they wouldn't have done the surgery if these existed back then. so i'm skipping surgery and staying with injections. but real talk, ask your surgeon.

    Mounjaro: A year later!

know from other degradation tests and better labs that tirzepatide doesn't degrade much after 90 days. watch out for AFI though—they've failed blind tests. not surprising since they use the wrong machines to identify peptides. someone should put up a warning about that.

Amazing job, congrats! I had similar results, dropping to 135lb in roughly the same time frame, life-changing! Now comes the maintenance part...

Can I take my shot a little early?

Hi needle-shy! To be honest, not a ton when I started, but I was also being serious about counting calories and eating healthier. If I hadn't been watching what I ate, I don't think I would have dropped anything significant until the dose increased.

Can I take my shot a little early?

I think it's plus or minus 72 hours according to the company. I switch it around all the time when I'm traveling or if it's just easier for me. Been on this med since Dec 2022, and had T2D since 2005. I'm 47

    Low dose success!

pull your lipids, blood pressure, glucose, A1c—if any of those are off, that changes the game. raising HGH when glucose is high makes it worse. and most people online are dosing crazy high with real risks. if you're on GLP meds they should help buffer some of the sugar stuff.

Can I take my shot a little early?

Ok so I messed up. I usually inject my 7.5mg on Tuesdays right before bed. Well, my kiddo had a rough night and I totally didn't remember. I don't want to do it in the morning because it tends to make me queasy - so I wanna wait until tonight. But I kinda don't want to stick with Wednesdays...
