Mine gets mailed to me, so it has a cold pack in the box. It goes straight into the fridge when it gets here.

I use ginger scented candles, and those seem to do the trick most of the time. When I mentioned how bad it was to my doctor, she prescribed an antiemetic just in case. I only experience the nausea a couple days after my dose, and not every week, thankfully.

I keep mine in the fridge too. After reading these comments, I might try taking it out like 30 minutes before my next injection.

Great job! Congrats! It's weird getting to the first goal and then thinking you can reach a higher one. I'm almost at my first goal. I'm planning next steps and working out. I hope I can get there.
