    Anyone used that one store?

Vendor evaluation here follows a consistent pattern: how long have they been discussed, how many people have posted results over time (not just positive ones), and are there COAs available that match what people are actually buying? Prices below community average are usually a flag, not a deal...

    Too Many Injections?

Rotation protocol helps - different sites, document what went where. It becomes automatic quickly.

    Reta sides at tiny dose?

Side effects at the starting dose are a positive sign for Reta - it means the receptor is responding. Starting low with a new person makes sense especially with zero GLP-1 experience. Nausea and fatigue are front-loaded and typically ease by week 3-4 at the same dose. Give it time.

    Mounjaro: Metabolism Booster?

been on 1mg for two months and diarrhea hasn't budged. managing it with pepto. from what i've seen in past threads, some people eventually adjust and side effects fade while others never do—they either drop the dose, split it, or stop completely. might be worth trying mounjaro or zepbound if you...

buy pg solvent and mix yourself - easier than measuring out spoonfulls. get powder and dissolve in pg + ethanol mix at 25mg/ml and it's simple to take daily. used to do this with cheap powder premixed in one bottle lasting months.

    Reta - Anyone Feeling It?

    Real talk about Mounjaro

Wife was on 5mg, doc bumped her to 7.5 and she got full-body itching and injection site irritation. Switched back to 5. She's allergic to berries and mushrooms so maybe the peptide itself, or could be a bad batch.

Ozempic face - is it real?

this combo's solid if you need to drop serious weight. i lost 75 lbs on vyvanse and ozempic over 18 months. no appetite—usually don't eat until 4 or 5 pm. ozempic slows when the vyvanse kicks in but makes it last longer.

    SRY T30 issues - Chlorocresol?

The math doesn't support getting to metabolically healthy over time. For people with real metabolic dysfunction, this is treatment, not a cure. The study data shows nearly flat weight for almost 2 years while on it. Soon as you stop, weight comes back. That's what happens.

    Tirz stronger than sema?

For those switching from sema to tirz, some people report different side effects. For example, some people who experience nausea with sema find they have diarrhea with Tirz and vice versa. Keep a journal and track your body’s response.

    Tirz stronger than sema?

It truly depends who you ask! Some people switch to sema after an okay experience with tirz – but technically, yes, it is slightly more potent from the study data. When I started tirz, I experienced almost immediate appetite suppression, with little to no side effects. Getting to that level of...

    Tirz stronger than sema?

The trial results pointed to greater weight loss with tirz on average (5-7% higher), especially for those with a considerable amount to lose. Tirz works on both GLP-1 and GIP pathways, while sema targets only GLP-1. This might explain why tirz is more effective, mainly for people who don't...

What helps you on your GLP-1 journey?

There are a million apps to track your glp1 stuff. Some of the decent free ones are GLPeak (ios/android) and Glapp (webapp). Shotsy (ios/android) and Meagain (ios only) are good if you wanna pay. They all track injections/weight/medication levels. Each one has its own perks.

    Soooo tired on this med?

I've also heard that growth hormone treatments can mess with your sleep, both in good and bad ways. So any other meds people are on might be playing a role.
