Lump after the shot, is it normal?

Stomach stuff can definitely show up after a few months. The constipation angle is real but sometimes it swings the other way - bloating and bathroom urgency show up instead. Protein helps me the most when things get weird. Might be worth checking if your portions have crept up or if you're...

    Down 64lbs in one year!

Ok, not flirting, but damn! You look amazing, and I know that's a surface comment.

    Down 64lbs in one year!

You look amazing! I'm also getting a breast reduction and lift. I barely lost anything from my boobs, so they're still huge. They're just permanently changed from my constant gaining and losing weight.

Zepbound gone warm - use 'em?

went individual for KPV and GHK-cu because i wanted to dial in dose and timing myself, not have them lumped together. especially since i'm not totally sold on some of the compounds yet. happy with my lineup of tirz, KPV, GHK, and TA1 right now.

    GLP-1 Injection Site Matters?

    Syringe hookup?!?

If you're doing 2 shots a week, IM would be easier with the volume—maybe 0.5cc. More frequent injections mean smaller amounts, so 3x+ a week works SubQ. I do 3x a week test, 200mg/ml, 20 units into stomach with an insulin syringe. Grapeseed oil takes a minute to draw but haven't had lumps.

    Halfway to goal!

If you're already at goal weight at 53, I wouldn't raise the dose. Just eat better - let the medication keep burning fat. You're done losing, now it's on you to maintain. I'm 61, hit my goal, and switched to peptides for muscle instead of more weight loss.

    Mounjaro = Life Saver?

My daughter's on Mounjaro, I'm on Ozempic. She's on a statin and a heart med but started feeling lightheaded after being on Mounjaro a while. Found out her blood pressure and heart rate were both too low. Doctor lowered both meds and that fixed it.

    Accidentally ate too much 😫

Thanks for the advice, everyone! I'll try the peppermint tea and smaller portions next time. Fingers crossed I learn my lesson!

    Accidentally ate too much 😫

I think a good idea is to portion food out on a salad-sized plate. 1/4 of the plate for carbs, 1/4 for protein, and 1/2 for non-starchy veggies. Eat the protein first, then the veggies, then the carbs. And eat SLOWLY so you don't get that sudden feeling of fullness.

    Accidentally ate too much 😫

Hey all, looking for tips on dealing with nausea after eating too much. I'm in my second week on the 0.25mg dose, and the med is definitely working. I've dropped almost 5 pounds and am eating way less. I decided to have a baked potato that I roasted in the oven for like an hour, and now I feel...

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

Yeah, I've heard injecting in the thigh can help with nausea. I haven't tried it myself though.

    Can't get .5 on the 1mg pen?

Most of the 1mg pens, 1mg is like 74 clicks. So yeah, .5 is 37, and .25 would be about 18.
