    Tirz good enough, or switch?

    Thanks! Ran sema for around ten months with zero side effects, and haven't had any on tirz either so far. Not too concerned about side effects honestly, just don't want to waste money switching for no real reason.

    Food noise is back - help!

    Got to 185 then crept back to 205 on the same dose, felt pretty defeated. Started at 315, began treatment at 297. The food noise is brutal but I'm not bailing on this.
