Hitting a plateau is normal in weight loss journeys. Doubt tirzepatide quit - happens on brand names too. Had a similar stretch, then just when I thought upping dose was needed, loss restarted. Bodies need adjustment time.

Don't need to load up at some massive starting dose. Check the half-life and adjust from there if you need to. I'd probably ease back a bit on the tirzepatide so you can clearly spot any side effects if they pop up.
