Hang in there, it gets better!

The doctor conversation is the right move. Mood shifts on these medications are real and worth discussing directly.

    Down 89lbs in 49 weeks!

89 in 49 weeks is serious work. That titration schedule is the standard on-ramp.

    Sema 1 month in!

Month one is the adjustment window. Most people find it settles after that.

Half my size in 8 months!

Anyone had extreme reactions to peptides? Worried about a certain combo in particular but I've heard about rare severe reactions with others too. People fine taking them then suddenly it goes bad—life threatening sometimes. Got a couple EpiPens through Amazon medical, $10 each, just in case.

    Nausea on GLP-1s: what helps

get really nauseous without enough electrolytes. v8 juice works way faster for me than salty drinks like lmnt. already take mag and potassium so the issue isn't there. just can't do the salty fruity taste. prime hydration's the one i can stand cause it's low sodium.

Acid reflux killing me on point .25!

i'm at 220 and usually pin 15mg every 6 days, but i'm a terrible responder to everything—glp1s, supplements, painkillers, even the dentist needs extra novacaine. i might try 7.5 every 3 instead. that'd be 575 units, a bit over my max, but doubtful it'll do anything anyway.

Lowering Reta Dose - Still Losing?

One site recommends 0.6mg of another peptide when adding it to 10mg of three-hormone. Thinking of starting there. Tirz by itself only gave me fatigue, nothing else so far.

GLP-1s: Worth it for smaller weight loss?

So true, HawkClean. Some people are weirdly competitive about weight loss. If it helps you, and your doctor thinks it's a good idea, go for it! Don't let anyone make you feel bad about taking care of your health.

GLP-1s: Worth it for smaller weight loss?

I only had to lose about 30 lbs when I began. I've lost 18 pounds in 2 months. No issues here. I expect I'll gain it back quickly if I quit when I reach my goal weight, though.

    Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

I've heard similar things about Sermorelin affecting sleep. Some people get carpal tunnel-like pain that wakes them up. Others just can't stay asleep. It's a bit of a gamble, it seems.

    Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

Second this! So important to rule out the basics before diving into more complex stuff. Deficiencies are super common and can tank your energy big time.

    Constant Tiredness on GLP-1's?

Check your blood sugar to make sure you're not having low blood sugar. My bad fatigue was related to hypoglycemia. I also started getting B12 shots, which seems to be effective. And drink PLENTY of water!

Splitting Rybelsus Tablets - bad idea?

I've been following some of the new research on GLP-1 meds, and it's interesting to see the advancements. Has anyone seen the news about the oral version? I saw an article saying the FDA approved the first oral GLP-1 pill. That could be a game changer for a lot of people, especially those who...

Splitting Rybelsus Tablets - bad idea?

I've read that splitting the pill can decrease its effectiveness, or even make it totally ineffective. There's a report about it here: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC9515042/ You could always go back to the 4mg dose later, so it won’t be a complete waste. But a new round of lower dose...
