Yeah I used AI to summarize—Claude's way better at that than I am. But the meat's all there. GLPs don't kill muscle any more than other weight loss, and DEXA doesn't tell the full story. People actually gain muscle on GLPs if they lift and eat right. Don't see why AI summaries are controversial.

mounjaro works solid for three days out of seven for me. random days, not weeks. too old for it to be a cycle issue. if insurance paid, I'd inject every five days instead of seven.
these meds help with way more than just weight. heart, kidneys, blood sugar control—new research coming out all the time. honestly worth looking into what's actually been proven.
I used to inject frequently! Current stack is ss31 and nad+ in the AM, glo blend after the morning workout. Glow blend again in the evening, and ipa+ cjc before bed (fasted)
Almost 50 here, and on week 3 of NAD+ and SS31 of a 15 week protocol. My sleep tracker says I'm sleeping like a rock. Also have the juice to hit the gym twice a day now. I'm so ready to add mots-c to the mix!

That's exactly it!! My fiance wasn't comfortable about me taking it due to the possibility of eye stroke vision loss.(NAION). Doctor recommended another weight loss approach instead of surgery. I really want to get back on it, though. It worked so well for me, I dropped about 25 pounds
