How long is YOUR bac water good for?

BAC water pH in the range of roughly four to seven is the working standard - the mild acidity is what maintains bacteriostatic properties. Reta is generally stable across that range, so a pH strip confirming you are in that window is a reasonable verification step. Outside that range on either...

Sema is cheating? Tell me more...

Tracking the dosing curve is useful beyond just seeing the graph - it helps connect how you feel on specific days to where you are in the weekly cycle. The peak and trough pattern explains a lot of the variability people notice, especially in the first months.

Reta dose - up too fast?

The not-hungry-even-though-empty feeling early on is one of the more consistent Reta reports - appetite suppression often kicks in before the empty stomach feeling resolves, which is a different experience from most GLP-1 starts. Pin-day fatigue in the first few weeks is also a pattern that...

Anyone lose on the baby doses?

That's awesome! How long have you been on it? I've been tempted to go up, but seeing your success makes me want to just stick with what's working.

Sema stopped working... switch to Tirz?

Maybe try counting calories again for a week or two just to see where you're at? Sometimes we think we're eating consistently, but things have crept up without us realizing.

    Semaglutide ETA stress!

Totally agree, Frankie. I feel the same way when I hear people talking about how hard it is to lose weight. It's like, I want to tell them, but there's so much negativity around these meds. This is the closest thing to a magic pill I've ever found, and it's helped me get to a healthy weight for...

    Happy New Year, Maintainers!

I'm holding steady around 160 and not keen on pushing the dose higher than 10mg. A few more pounds would be nice, but I'm 70 now and figure having a little extra in the tank is probably wise LOL. Congrats to everyone who's hit their goals!

    Happy New Year, Maintainers!

Maintenance for me too this New Year. Sitting around 175, but honestly, it's mostly excess skin and muscle underneath, which adds up.
