    I agree with Drew14, rotating sites is key. I usually do stomach one week, then alternate thighs the next two weeks, then back to the stomach. Keeps any one area from getting too sore.

    I totally get that feeling of looking back and seeing how far you've come. I remember when I started this journey, I was probably around 250-260, maybe even more. Now, seeing the changes in my face and body is what keeps me going, not just with the meds, but with the lifestyle adjustments too...

    That's what I'm doing, while also tapering off another med. I've dropped ~120 pounds and I'm at my target weight now, but I could lose another 5-10 while improving my body composition. I'm on week 8, and I've got way more energy to run every day – I started just walking, then gradually built up...

    It took me a few months to really start seeing consistent losses, maybe 3-4? I cut out most processed foods and try to walk for at least 30 minutes most days. Nothing crazy, just trying to be more mindful.

    Thanks for the encouraging words! I've only dropped about three pounds in the first month, and I'm getting worried seeing everyone else's stellar results. Any tips on exercise or movement that helped you? I see my doctor soon to up my dose to 5mg, so fingers crossed!
