Use 29-gauge needles without issues. Have pens too and those are easiest. With regular needle, people hold it on skin pushing. Better to hold inches back and jab - usually less pain. Trial and error what works. Good online videos show technique.

Had an old silk shirt from teenage years in the late eighties. Months ago I hit that weight and the shirt fit. Put it on - amazing moment. Then threw it away. Don't need reminders anymore. Congratulations!
