Tirz split dose + sema... how to?
Used to run 10 mg Tirz every 5 days. After a while I added some Sema on the side a few days after the Tirz dose for extra appetite control. Used the Glip1 plotter and hit a steady 17 to 20 mg weekly. Back to weekly maintenance now.- homey_noodle14
