Six pounds first week on Mounjaro after years on something else shows it's working. How are you feeling beyond the scale?

After studying peptides for years now I gotta bite my tongue around friends complaining about sore backs, achy joints, weight issues. Keep wanting to say I've got something for that. Anyone else fighting this urge?
