    Ozempic lawsuits already?

Stories like this are why I keep my Epipen close. Glad the outcome was ok - those reactions can turn fast.

    My clothes are too big!

That's a rough doctor. If you struggled with obesity before the med, why would it be different now? Your body's gonna fight hard to get that weight back. You're in a vulnerable spot. Should at least be on a maintenance dose for a few years.

I'm sorry you're feeling that way. It's a tough decision to make, but your mental health is important. Maybe try switching to a different type?

    Sema not working? Help!

I've found that even small increases in daily movement can make a difference. It doesn't have to be intense gym sessions every day.

    Sema second round -- stalled?

I've noticed reading through these threads that when people go back on GLP-1s after stopping, they usually have to go up to a higher dosage to get the same effect as the first time.

This... is just awful. Does it get better?!

The lack of energy is from not eating enough, not from the medication itself. Your appetite is reduced, but your body still needs fuel. I had to force down 1,200 calories on the worst days or I'd crash by mid-afternoon. Keep track of your worst days. Are you tracking your calorie intake?
