    Electrolyte drink mix faves?

Sugar-free Liquid IV was my choice at first, though I never felt any effect. I switched to a different electrolyte brand and it does a much better job.

Tirz or Reta First? Help a Bro Out

Honest take: Reta suits some people and Tirz suits others. For dropping 20-30 pounds plus a recomp, my pick is Reta; for more than that, Tirz. Funny thing, my own setup is Reta at 5mg with Tirz at 1mg lol. Although goal weight is basically reached, the food suppression calms me like an anxiety pill.

After 2 years on Tirz where to go next? Elora or Maz?

TrevorC95 For 14 months my maintenance was 5mg Tirz plus 8mg Reta; since then I've moved off the Tirz. First came 2mg of Elora from a supplier, which did very little. At 3mg I felt some appetite suppression. Next I moved to 4mg Elora while trying 6mg Reta, but it got complicated because a...

Slow weight loss on sema a worry?

38M, 5'6", 197lbs at the start, 178lbs today. First dose was .025mg back on May 28, and currently I'm on 1mg. It's normal to lose slowly, roughly 1 to 2 lbs weekly. When you reach 1mg you'll see it drop more.

    KPV - Anyone tried it?

I can't speak to GHK-Cu because I'm too young for it to matter, but KPV and the healing blend are amazing. Take KPV separately and run it longer than the rest, the blend should be paused after 8 to 12 weeks. My routine is KPV at 1mg every day plus 0.5 of BPC twice daily, and everyday aches are...

Upped to O.5mg and having the worst nausea

That nausea feeling is completely normal and it does fade eventually. Been on this for years now managing diabetes. Over time it got effective enough that I was able to scale back the metformin, which helped my stomach a ton.

    Doc wants me on Ozempic?!

Ozempic's generally reserved for type 2 diabetes prescriptions only. Might be worth booking a consult at a weight management clinic instead, if you qualify there they'll likely put you on Wegovy or Zepbound.

Air bubbles in your shot, ugh?

Same question over here, tried it myself and the vacuum just pulls it right back in. Honestly having a bit of air in there makes hitting the correct dose easier too, anything beyond that tends to be hard to keep in the syringe.

Reta fatigue: Does it ever lift?

The week 4 threshold for noticing MOTS-c workout effects is consistent with what other people report - the mitochondrial effects seem to accumulate over the first month rather than hitting immediately. 5mg 3x a week is in the middle of the dosing range people use.

    One year of Mounjaro!

Starting today means a year from now you will have your own anniversary post. The earlier you wish you started, the more committed you usually are. Welcome to it.

Mounjaro woes - feeling defeated :(

The medication quieting the appetite signal is real - what it can't do is build the automatic responses that take over when the signal comes back. Both parts need work.

When did you REALLY feel the effects?

Incredible stuff to hear. Feels surreal getting this close. Amazing work!

    Finally under 200!

Hit me the same way. Once my body adjusted everything settled down pretty quick.

Killer stomach cramps, but doc says keep going?

KPV might be worth a shot if you're dealing with stomach stuff. Helped me with some inflammation issues. Stick with it - you'll get past this bump.

    Tesa/Reta - weird taste changes?

That's strange, even after being off for a full month my glucose has just kept improving. The surgery stress could've done it, or maybe it was causing a false reading. But honestly with those fasting numbers, your current dose might actually be on the high side.
