    Life changing! Down 6 stone!

My whole approach was just stick with whatever's working. Never needed to go past 10mg and I'm down 125 pounds so far. Sat at 5mg for around six months of that.

    Tirz powder storage Q's

The lyophilized storage question is the right one to nail down first before anything else. Keeping it powdered until reconstitution is the correct approach - the peptide is most stable in lyophilized form and reconstituted product has a shorter effective window. The temperature and light...

    Anyone else CRUSHING it?!

The vaping cessation side effect is one of the most remarkable and under-discussed things about these medications. The mechanism is the same as food noise - dopamine reward signaling gets quieted broadly. People quit habits they'd been trying to quit for years without really trying. It's a...

    Pep Math got me stumped!

The compounding pharmacy dose math follows the same logic as the standard calculation - concentration per ml times volume drawn. The part that trips people up is when the pharmacy labels the vial by total mg in the vial rather than by concentration, which requires one extra conversion step. Once...

Dropped my Reta - still good?

Freezer for the powder, fridge after reconstitution, and 60 days as the window post-reconstitution is a solid conservative protocol. The dark storage for the carrier liquid is right - UV exposure degrades both BAC water and the compound faster than temperature alone.

    Tirz/Cagri success at 55!

11 months in with Tirz at 12.5mg split EOD and Cag on the way for future consideration is exactly the progression the OP's result makes tempting. 215 to 144 with the standard dose increases is a strong outcome to see before deciding on the stack. At 11 months and 12.5mg, what's the current...

Hang in there, it gets better!

6 months at 1.7mg with meaningful loss only in the first 2 months is the classic stall pattern that makes the jump to 2.4 feel overdue in hindsight. Hesitation about moving up is what delays the most people who would benefit from it. The OP's 250 to 140 includes the dose adjustments that made it...

    So grateful for this journey!

430 days and almost at goal is a real milestone - that last stretch closes fast.

    Tirz/Sema mix - good idea?

Tirz and sema target different receptors - GIP for tirz, GLP-1 for both - so mixing is pharmacologically redundant and the dosing math gets messy.

    Wow, I'm not the same!

The doubters asking if before/afters are the same person is the backhanded compliment pattern - the transformation being that visible is exactly what makes people question it. Before/after photos with contextual details like the pizza box are the ones that read as real.

    Finally feeling normal around food!

Been on ozempic a week and already lost two kilos! Was nervous about side effects but wanted to kill the binge eating more than anything. Food noise is way quieter. Still eating fine, just choosing better and feeling satisfied with less.

    NAD+/MOTS-c/5-Amino-1MQ - bad idea?

Dual-dose pen concept could work — load two vials, click separate dials for each, inject with one needle. Could design it non-traditional but operate like a standard pen.

    Size downgrade! 🎉

Okay, let's break this down. Single 30mg vial tested at 2306 EU. Max Tirz dose is 15mg, half the vial. One injection's 1153 EU. Divide that by 5 and you get just over 230kg. Times 2.2 for pounds equals 506. That's the minimum person for that load.

Wow, almost a year on the magic juice!

switched to something else recently and sweets cravings came back, which is weird. could be lower dose. miss when 2.5 of the other stuff killed cravings and gave weight loss. energy's fine though — doc has me on test so that probably covers the low energy issue.

Questionable quality on my latest order?

try starting your morning with salt water + electrolytes. sounds weird but it's been a game-changer for migraines. mix table salt & potassium (rough 1:3 ratio) in a tall glass — salty enough to taste it but not ocean-level. follow up with more water through the day. worked really well for me.
